The Halifax D.A.R.E. Camp, held from July 27-31, 2026, successfully engaged local students in decision-making skills and confidence-building activities. This free program, sponsored by the District Attorney’s office and local law enforcement, offered a week of educational activities, sports, and arts. A heartfelt thank you to all volunteers and sponsors for making this event memorable. Hear more about volunteerism and community action in your Halifax Buzz Around.
