“I’m a professional in the field of Human Services for over 12 years. I specialize in helping adults who have disabilities and medical illness.” As Intake Coordinator and Care Manager, Nice conducts pre-screening, intake assessment, home inspection initial visit and outgoing assessments of the AFC. She also writes a social history and conducts a psycho-social assessment and evaluation at on site visits with members and Caregivers at the qualified setting.

For over 20 years Victory Human Services has been helping families cope with life changing decisions. They have provided members with sound solutions to allow aging loved ones and the disabled to stay at home. Their mission is to help our members live a comfortable, dignified lifestyles in the safety of their homes; while providing the best care possible by the people they trust most- family.

They provide services, support, and respite to help the elderly and disabled adults who need assistance to safely stay at home with their caregiver. Transportation to and from appointments are provided as well.
