Setting Records

Bridgewater State University received its largest donation amount to date. It comes from Bruce R. Bartlett and Patricia A. (Quinn) Bartlett, in the form of 25 acres of land and 3 buildings on Plymouth’s Industrial Park Road. That amounts to a value of roughly $8 million.

Bruce and Patricia belong to BSU’s class of ’68 and ’67 respectively and have donated to their alma mater before. In several millions of dollars they’ve funded multiple merit-based scholarships.

Their recent donation promises further benefit, for the university and for the students as a whole.
